"Been with them for years and now they are kicking me off because I had repairs done to my car for damages that were caused by their tow company. After weeks of not having a car due to supply shortage for the parts, I get a call that I’m no longer eligible to be insured with them. So, last time I checked, insurance has you covered if something happens. Well, don’t depend on this company for that. They just want to take your money and give you a piece of paper that shows you’re insured. The moment you need help, they don’t want to help you. I literally sat on the phone and explained for two hours what was going on with my car. Finally after they realized they messed up my claim, they told me they couldn’t help me and denied me coverage."

"Joe Janet's office was not only my insurance provider for years, they hired my wife when we moved to Vegas and had to transfer our vehicles! Then, we eventually added our house when we bought one and even got life insurance policies through them. Highly recommend them. Good people and good service! Joe and Lea are awesome! Only reason we had to switch was because we relocated back to California. Otherwise, we'd be life-long clients!"

"Even though you pay for your homeowners insurance all year if you call them out to access cost for damage and end up not needing them cause damage is too inexpensive they STILL count it as a claim and drop you the 2nd claim in EVER...dont like that at all...prices could be more competitive or go down upon review with good record"
