"Have been with this specific office for over 13 years and these last 3 they have upped my insurance 2 time with no notice and tried to tell me it’s my area. Husband called to get clarification lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. Got a quote with a different insurance company today it’s half my current rate and I have not move. Money is their only interest at this point"
